Regarding the server failure that occurred around 10:00 on October 23, 2025 (Thu),
we have confirmed that server load conditions have improved following yesterday's server maintenance.
Therefore, there is currently no delay in importing measurement data.
We will continue to monitor the server load situation. Once we confirm no issues remain,
we will sequentially perform recovery operations for measurement data missing due to the import delay.
We aim to complete the recovery of measurement data by Friday, October 31.
We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience caused to our users.

・Detection of update stoppage occurs
・Partial data gaps occur in data downloads and data/graph displays
・Some data is not reflected in aggregated values such as "Today's Power Generation" or "Cumulative Power Generation" on the monitoring screen
・Various error emails are delayed
・Data is not reflected in products utilizing various API services (e.g., Mieruka Web)
